Everywhere I look people glued to their phones
It’s like I’m stuck inside of the twilight zone
It’s Human and phone matrimony
Good Lord! I’m surrounded by PHONEYS

Well Everywhere I look and every where I go
Human beings are glued to their dumbphones
It’s so sad seeing them all hunched over
Messing up their vertebrae with bad posture
Silly Con Valley made a major weapon
And its called the smart phone – one of the strongest addictions
Seems like most people can’t put it down
Staring at it nonstop from dusk til dawn
I feel so sad for these new generations
They never got to experience cel phone freedom
They can’t put it down even on vacation
So many real life experiences wasted
So what’s the remedy?
First have empathy.
Then address the problem patiently
Like keeping my phone off most for most of the day
And keeping it at home when I leave my place
And use it when I only really need to
Then eventually go back to just a landline dudes
Yes that’ll be tricky, but I don’t care
Cuz this smartphone epidemic
Needs serious repair
Cuz life was way better in the late 90’s
You have a landline and check email maybe once a week
Idiocracy’s arrived that is true
Do kids these days even know what seeds do?
The most advanced technology is our minds
And getting kids addicted to smartphones is a CRIME
