So many people assume that the Sun is bad for us
But actually in reality it is exactly the opposite
And if anyone tells you otherwise they’re just trying to profit
With their vitamin D blocking chemical lotions and sprays that are so toxic
Your sucky diet combined with sunscreen is what causes sunburns and skin cancer
But what’s the answer? Let me tell you cuz the sun is actually your friend and is great for you. And we must be open to receiving this infinite silent knowledge of the universe allowing it’s energy to flow freely within enabling it to express what’s inside of you.

I suggest avoiding too much dairy, soy, refined sugar (like soda)…and processed foods
And instead start consuming way more organic vegetables and fresh fruits
And also you should drink way more water cuz you’re probably too dehydrated
So your cells have a chance to grow and dance then your skin will be elated.
And if you’re gunna be out in the sun for a long long time
Simply Wear a hat, wear long sleeves, or you can lay under this umbrella of mine
The Sun is your friend and whoever disagrees is retarded
And if you’re scared of the sun your mind has been bombarded
With corporate propaganda to hide the truth
Tricking so many gullible sheeple that the sun Is bad for you
When In reality their souls need reflection
And these toxic sunscreens we must question
Because these corrupt FDA approved ingredients need correction
To the sun we have a real connection;
And our body and souls are sources of light and affection
